The MUSEMO™ Mentor Program is a free, 10-month mentorship experience created to empower young ladies in grades 8–12 across the Greater Charleston, West Virginia area. Rooted in a holistic approach, the program is designed to nurture each student’s aspirations, interests, and identity while supporting them academically, professionally, socially, and emotionally.

Through engaging workshops, mentorship circles, creative exploration, and community-based projects, participants develop real-world skills, build confidence, and explore pathways to college, career, entrepreneurship, and personal growth. At MUSEMO™, we believe in the brilliance and leadership potential of every young woman. This program exists to equip them with the tools, support, and sisterhood they need to rise on their own terms with purpose.
