WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You can utilize our secure checkout portal on our website or you can utilize PayPal at check out .  Information entered during checkout will automatically be encrypted at the time of your purchase(s).

📦 How Long Will It Take to Receive My Item?

Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing, manufacturing, and shipping. Once pre-sales close, production begins with sourcing blank garments to craft your items. We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our apparel. After the blanks are received, your items will be designed, quality-checked, and carefully packaged before shipment. During holidays or high-demand periods, delays may occur—please allow extra time for delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number once your package is scanned by the shipping courier. We truly appreciate your patience and support of our small business.

🧼 How Do I Care for Screen-Printed Garments?

To preserve the quality of your item: Machine wash cold Do not use bleach or fabric softeners Air dry or line dry when possible If using a dryer, select “low heat” or “no heat” settings Do not iron directly over the design These care steps help prevent cracking, fading, and shrinkage—keeping your garment in top condition.

📬 When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?

Once the manufacturing process is complete, your order will be packaged with care and handed off to the courier. After the courier scans your package, an automatic email with tracking details will be sent to the address you provided at checkout.

📦 Shipping Issues?

MUSEMO™ is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or sent to an incorrect address. Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. This includes apartment numbers, building letters, or unit details, which are essential for accurate delivery. Once your package is handed off to the courier, we no longer have control over its delivery.

📍 My Package Says “Shipped” But There’s No Update

We understand how frustrating that can be! Once a shipping label is printed, you’ll automatically receive a tracking number. However, updates won’t appear until the courier scans the package into their system. We appreciate your patience during this process.

🚚 My Package Says “Delivered” But I Haven’t Received It

We know this can be stressful. Sometimes couriers (especially USPS) mark a package as "delivered" before it physically arrives. This is typically resolved by the end of the day or within 1–2 business days. If you live in an apartment complex or gated building, the courier may attempt redelivery if they can’t access your unit. Check for delivery notices and contact the courier directly for updates. Please note: MUSEMO™ is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the courier.

❌ I Received the Wrong Item

If you received an incorrect item, please email info@musemo.consulting with a photo of the item you received. We’ll provide return instructions and ship the correct item once we receive the original. All returned items must be unworn and free of fragrance to be eligible for exchange.
